Instructions
Preparation Steps
Butterfly the chicken breasts by cutting them horizontally almost all the way through.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Fold the chicken breasts in half and secure with toothpicks.
Grill the chicken over medium heat for about 12-15 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
