  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 Jalapenos, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Butterfly the chicken breasts by cutting them horizontally almost all the way through.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  • Fold the chicken breasts in half and secure with toothpicks.
  • Grill the chicken over medium heat for about 12-15 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
