  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup fried onions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Trim and wash the green beans. Steam or boil until tender-crisp.
  • In a casserole dish, combine the cooked green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Stir well to combine.
  • Top with half of the fried onions.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  • Top with remaining fried onions and bake for another 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
