Preparation Steps
Pat the steak tips dry with paper towels and season them generously with salt and black pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips in a single layer (work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding) and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
Remove the steak tips from the skillet and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Return the steak tips to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter to coat.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
