Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb Steak (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin) cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 0.25 cup Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Pat the steak tips dry with paper towels and season them generously with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips in a single layer (work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding) and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  • Remove the steak tips from the skillet and set aside.
  • Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  • Return the steak tips to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter to coat.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve these garlic butter steak tips with your favorite side dishes like mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or pasta.
