  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 0.5 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 0.5 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish (optional)

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and halve or quarter the baby potatoes, depending on their size.
