Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add salt, melted butter, and flour. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Punch down dough and roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into 12 equal pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball and place on a baking sheet. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
These rolls are best served warm. Enjoy!
