Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sausage and set aside.
Grease a casserole dish.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Layer half of the sausage in the casserole dish, followed by half of the cheese and half of the sliced English muffins.
Pour half of the egg mixture over the layers. Repeat layers.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until eggs are set.
Top with hollandaise sauce before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use Gruyere cheese instead of cheddar.
