  • 6 large Eggs

  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces Canadian bacon diced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Cut the French bread into 1-inch thick slices and arrange them in the baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bread slices.
  • Top with Canadian bacon and cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
