Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cut the French bread into 1-inch thick slices and arrange them in the baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread slices.
Top with Canadian bacon and cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
