  • 2 lbs Russet Potatoes
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.
  • Add butter, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to a piping bag and pipe onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
