  • Dip each slice of bread into the yogurt mixture, coating both sides. Let it soak for about 30 seconds per side.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Brush the skillet lightly with melted butter.
  • Place the soaked bread slices onto the hot skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
