  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cucumber English cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each slice of bread.
  • Layer cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese.
  • Top with another slice of bread.
  • Cut each sandwich into quarters or triangles and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Sandwiches are best served fresh.
