Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, dill, salt, and pepper.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each slice of bread.
Layer cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese.
Top with another slice of bread.
Cut each sandwich into quarters or triangles and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Sandwiches are best served fresh.
