  • 0.5 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Preparation Steps

  • Place the steak cubes in a 4-quart slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Worcestershire sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the steak cubes and toss to coat evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-1.5 hours, or until the steak is tender.
  • Serve the steak bites immediately, with or without the cooking juices.

Notes

These steak bites are fantastic served with toothpicks for easy snacking. You can also serve them over rice or mashed potatoes for a more substantial meal.
