  • 8 count egg roll wrappers

Preparation Steps

  • Gently combine crab meat, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, egg, and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl.
  • Lay out egg roll wrappers and place a spoonful of crab mixture in the center of each.
  • Fold wrappers to create egg rolls, tucking in the sides and rolling tightly.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the crab mixture.
