Preparation Steps
Gently combine crab meat, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, egg, and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl.
Lay out egg roll wrappers and place a spoonful of crab mixture in the center of each.
Fold wrappers to create egg rolls, tucking in the sides and rolling tightly.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
