Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  • Stir in melted butter.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
