  • 0.5 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Season turkey with salt and pepper.
  • Place turkey in roasting pan and add chicken broth to the bottom.
  • Roast for 3-4 hours, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh registers 165°F (74°C).

Notes

Let the turkey rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.
