Instructions
Preparation Steps
Finely crush cookies in a food processor.
In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add crushed cookies and mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate with milk in a double boiler or microwave. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar if desired.
Place truffles on wax paper to set.
Notes
Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
