  • 1 cup Chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 0.5 cup Confectioners' sugar

Preparation Steps

  • Finely crush cookies in a food processor.
  • In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add crushed cookies and mix until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate with milk in a double boiler or microwave. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar if desired.
  • Place truffles on wax paper to set.

Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
