Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Press dough into tart pans.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate and heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
Whisk in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
Pour chocolate filling into baked tart shells.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until filling is set.
Cool completely before serving.
Notes
