  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Chopped carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped celery
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 10.75 oz Cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 0.5 cup Milk

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook chicken until no longer pink. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine cooked chicken, carrots, celery, and onion.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk.
  • In a separate bowl, combine Bisquick and milk to make the topping.
  • Pour topping over chicken mixture.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
