  • 0.5 pound Rotini pasta
  • 2 cup Cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 cup Caesar dressing
  • 0.25 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Cook rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  • Pour in the Caesar dressing and toss to coat all ingredients.
  • Gently fold in the chopped romaine lettuce.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

For extra flavor, add croutons just before serving.
