  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.125 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted, divided
  • 3 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and cut into small cubes
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 4 pieces green onions chopped
  • 3 packages refrigerated crescent roll dough 8oz (235g) packages

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Add chicken, salt, pepper, and green onions; mix well.
  • Separate crescent roll dough into rectangles and seal perforations. Spoon 0.25 cup of the chicken mixture onto each rectangle. Pull the 4 corners to the center and seal edges. Brush tops with melted butter. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 19 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold.

Notes

These bundles are great served warm and are a fantastic way to use leftover chicken. You can also add diced carrots or celery for extra crunch and nutrition.
