Preparation Steps
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined with the sausage.
Lay out an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the sausage mixture in the center.
Brush the edges of the wrapper with the beaten egg and water mixture.
Fold the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly. Repeat with the remaining wrappers.
Deep fry or bake the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
