  • 1 pound Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 count Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1 egg Egg beaten
  • 0.5 cup Water

Preparation Steps

  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined with the sausage.
  • Lay out an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the sausage mixture in the center.
  • Brush the edges of the wrapper with the beaten egg and water mixture.
  • Fold the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly. Repeat with the remaining wrappers.
  • Deep fry or bake the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
