  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Instant Coffee Granules

Preparation Steps

  • Combine sugar and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and instant coffee granules. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
