Preparation Steps
Combine sugar and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and instant coffee granules. Mix until smooth.
Pour into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Notes
Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
