  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Preparation Steps

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  • Stir in the Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute until the spices are aromatic.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the fresh parsley and lemon juice.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.

Notes

This versatile sauce can be made ahead of time and gently reheated. It's excellent drizzled over grilled shrimp, chicken breasts, or tossed with pasta.
