Instructions
Preparation Steps
Slice beef thinly against the grain.
Heat Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Add sesame oil.
Stir-fry beef until browned. Remove from griddle.
Add broccoli to the griddle and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and cornstarch.
Return beef to the griddle. Pour sauce over beef and broccoli. Stir until sauce thickens.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
