  • 1 lb Beef sirloin steak
  • 1 head Broccoli Cut into florets
  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil

Preparation Steps

  • Slice beef thinly against the grain.
  • Heat Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Add sesame oil.
  • Stir-fry beef until browned. Remove from griddle.
  • Add broccoli to the griddle and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and cornstarch.
  • Return beef to the griddle. Pour sauce over beef and broccoli. Stir until sauce thickens.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
