  • 12 ounces Beer
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Pat chicken dry and season generously with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place beer can in the cavity of the chicken.
  • Place chicken on the grill and cook for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before carving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding lemon slices or herbs to the beer can.
