Preparation Steps
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Pat chicken dry and season generously with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place beer can in the cavity of the chicken.
Place chicken on the grill and cook for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Notes
