  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Beef broth

Preparation Steps

  • Season beef tips with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
  • Sear beef tips in vegetable oil until browned on all sides.
  • Add beef broth, bring to a simmer, and cook until beef is tender.
