  • 1 package Little Smokies
  • 0.5 pound Bacon cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 0.25 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and maple syrup.
  • Wrap each Little Smokie with a piece of bacon. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  • Place the wrapped smokies on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the smokies with the brown sugar and maple syrup mixture.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the smokies are heated through. You may need to drain off excess grease halfway through baking.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

These can also be made in a slow cooker on the 'warm' setting for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
