Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard.
Remove meatballs from the oven and drain off any excess grease. Pour the glaze over the meatballs and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the glaze is bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!

These meatballs are great served on their own, with toothpicks for appetizers, or over pasta or mashed potatoes.
