  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil spray

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken piece in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, spraying with cooking oil spray.
  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispy chicken, increase the air frying time by a few minutes. You can also adjust seasonings to your preference.
