Preparation Steps
In a bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken piece in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, spraying with cooking oil spray.
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispy chicken, increase the air frying time by a few minutes. You can also adjust seasonings to your preference.
