  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Avocado Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 large Whole Wheat Tortillas

Preparation Steps

  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Air fry the chicken at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • While the chicken is cooking, chop the lettuce and avocado.
  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado with Greek yogurt. Season to taste.
  • Assemble the wraps: spread avocado mixture on tortilla, add chicken and lettuce. Wrap and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice to the avocado mixture.
