Preparation Steps
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
Air fry the chicken at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, chop the lettuce and avocado.
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with Greek yogurt. Season to taste.
Assemble the wraps: spread avocado mixture on tortilla, add chicken and lettuce. Wrap and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice to the avocado mixture.
